Core Talent Solutions Team Member (1702036) Virtual We are looking for someone to join our Core Talent Solutions Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of several businesses, functions, and sites, while providing support to leadership in the effective deployment of multiple Talent Solutions initiatives. The individual will maintain a consistent and transparent flow of information for continuous improvement within the HR Community. In addition, s/he will identify methods to enhance the leader and/or employee experience, and present the business case to management of any given solution. Formula for Success:
You Will Own the delivery and execution of core HR services and measure their effectiveness and sustainability. Follow the guidance of the Centers of Excellence (COEs) with regard to process harmonization and approach. Drive the Performance Management process while ensuring evaluations are administered in a fair and effective manner. Coordinate and integrate the Talent Management process at the assigned site to include detailed analysis of potential talent gaps and development of career plans. Provide support for in-demand activities as directed by HR Leadership, including, but not limited to, Talent Events (e.g., Talent Summit, Talent Forum). Coordinate New Leader Assimilations/New Employee Day 1 Orientations. Advance Diversity+Inclusion (D+I) initiatives as mandated by senior leadership including Strategy 2025, NALT Challenge, and Conversations That Matter (CTM). Seek ways to simplify and enhance the leader and/or employee experience as they go through these processes and human capital discussions. What We Look for in You Bachelor s degree required in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in an HR-related field, or 6 years of HR experience without a degree. Strong understanding of HR solutions, policies, and practices. Highly organized with ability use sound judgment and make reasoned decisions while managing change as well as multiple projects and priorities; solid project management experience. Willingness to work with all levels within the organization as well as demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and initiative with managerial poise. Excellent communication skills to be leveraged across the assigned regional cluster combined with influencing and negotiation acumen, including strategic prioritization. Expertise in facilitation and training. Ability to travel to assigned sites on a regular basis.
